A very cozy place. Nice interior, nice music playing. Staff members make you feel welcome. The main thing is that they are making really good coffee. My opinion, better than other coffee places in town. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian food. Sandwiches, panini's, salads, granola, pastry, cakes. Kid-friendliness: Staff always makes you feel welcome. Parking: There is no parking.
It use to be a good place to have a coffee! But now, miserable costumer service! Mess everywhere, cleaning products are left all over the place! Management please look in to this.
Had to make a review today because of the awful taste of the drinks we had today in Nero. We are regulars in the shop as the place is quite chill. My wife usually orders Mocha frappe. Today, my wife had the same and myself a latte frappe. It was disappointing because the drinks that came were nothing but cream and bland taste of coffee, which did not taste good and similar to what we had before.
We went yesterday to try the new Christmas offer. The drinks black forest mocha and salted caramel brownie hot chocolate are out of this world. Black forest cake irresistible. It was so bussy in the town the place let us reset ourselves, take a deep breath. Thank you! Best caffe in town for sure. Dietary restrictions: As I am lactose intolerant I am able swap milk in my drinks
i got an iced latte with a shot of carmel , they used there new Brazilian brew and it was amazing, the toastie i had was delicious and had yummy gooey cheese. my friend had a luxury hot chocolate and it was dark and rich.Food: 5/5
A lovely flat white with a heart . Nice big comfy chairs to relax with friends. A lovely selection of cakes but decided to be ‘good’ today, maybe next time...There are 2 floors so plenty of room on busy days and from the upstairs windows you have a great view of the High Street.
I ordered a caramel latte and as i got served, it was in a regular sized cup. i asked the member of staff who served me is that with cream. she confirmed no and said that would be the speciality one which is what i asked for ! but this wasnt asked when i ordered whilst serving. when i left i drank some of my coffee and it was disgusting and burnt my tongue. it didnt taste like caramel in my coffee. i threw the coffee away wont ever return again after a poor customer service in my experience. if you are serving customers, you should at least serve with a smile and confirm back with the customer or even ask....is that the speciality one? dont work in a cafe if you're not enjoying your job ! is my advice
First time in Nero today - had a pistachio latte to go - was absolutely delicious! Will definitely getting another one
