A lovely little cafe with a wide selection of coffee and teas, alcohol is served here with your meals. Friendly and helpful staff with a good choice menu, would have given 5 stars but I felt that the cost of food was just a little too expensive compared to other tea rooms I have been.
Great place for breakfast or lunch. We live in Bath and love coming here on the weekends. The menu is great, serving delicious food. The atmosphere is lovely and laid back. All the staff are very friendly. We used to come here once a month or when it's someone's Birthday, but we've been two weekends in a row since trying their open sandwich. So yummy. Highly recommend!
Lovely cosy cafe, and the food is always brilliant. They do a particularly good Eggs Benedict here! Be warned, you will be tempted into a slice of cake.
We bought take-away paninis, cake, and milkshakes to have in the adjacent miners' memorial garden. Easily the best panini I've ever had - generous fillings and whilst definitely hot, they were not scaldingly so unlike so many other places. We'll be back for sure, thanks!
Definitely the coolest place to eat in the Universe.Well, North-East Somerset anyway. Great menu for morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea or all three if you're not in a hurry. Relaxed friendly staff and great atmosphere. Usually reassuringly busy, but tables usually available. Their fruit and nut flapjack should be Michelin rated. Yes...I'm a fan, but so is most of Bath and all points west. Add it to your bucket-list!
This place is relatively local to us and was recommended via Facebook so we thought it was worth a try for the cakes on offer and we were not disappointed. We tried two different options and both were lovely! The only slight criticism holding it back from a full 5 stars were the cold drink options. Some that were on the menu weren't available, one was on display but we were told they didn't do it and one that was available wasn't on the menu at all.
This is a lovely little cafe. I really appreciate that they serve loose tea and they have local award winning ice cream. Cake selection looked amazing too, with gluten free, raw and vegan options. Breakfast was well made and the place is definitely child friendly so +++ from me
Lovely! Nipped in while exploring the village as we are thinking about buying a house there. Club Sandwich, very tasty. Service, lovely. Coffee, not bad at all. Best of all our lass paid! Happy days.
A gem of a cafe! Twelve of us turned up at 11.30 on Saturday on our bicycles and they accommodated us brilliantly. A choice of gluten free cakes and fantastic coffee - I couldn't have been happier The carrot cake was delicious as was the almond milk latte. I agree prices are a little higher than other cafes but it's worth it! I will definitely be finding this place again soon.
Connies is the friendliest cafe with the best coffee and cakes. Dog friendly and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Food can be priced but quality is top notch so worth it. The breakfast can't be beaten!
