We bought a laptop from The Computer Technician a few months ago. Ahead of buying it we were asked plenty of questions to assess our need, we were then advised on what was the most suitable option before going ahead and purchasing. The customer service we received was first class and we were very well looked after. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Martin - awesome service and support.

Martin is an absolute treasure of an IT guy! Lots of experience, down to earth and very honest. Recommended him to my dad for a laptop too and he was sorted quickly and affordably, so both of us are very happy with Martin's services over the years.

I first approached Martin when looking for a ‘cheap’ desktop.  He calmly and in straight forward terms guided me on some of the things I should look out for in cheap brands 

I ended up buying one of his refurbed HP machines,  3 years later it is going strong. 

We have spoken several times since, Martin is knowledgable, helpful and not pushy. 

100% recommend.
