Thank you so much for getting new a fridge freezer to me within 18 hours of the old one packing in! The delivery lads did well to battle the pouring rain, install it and take the old one away. I'm really happy with all three appliances and service I've had from Penningtons Retford to date.
This shop gave me superb customer service .I was very unsure about the washing machine I wished to purchase.I eventually found the one that fitted my kitchen and Iam very pleased with my purchase. It was fitted by Chris and Bart who were efficient and very patient I would recommend this shop and also help support local businesses .
Really great first class service in the shop, followed up by having our new washing machine delivered today and installed, which was a bit of a challenge, but done so professionally. You can't beat shopping locally. I would never have had the same caring, personal service if I'd shopped on line. Thanks all at Penningtons.

Zero Stars if Possible. Came to our rented house, installed and damaged the new hob in the process then accused us of damaging it through normal use. Luckily i had the presence of mind to report the damage at the time to the estate agent and landlord who typically are trying to screw us out of our bond. Fess up and I may consider revising this negative review.
