Been shopping there for past 10 years. The only shop that oppens and sells at 7am. Cant complain.
I went there to get three things, one of which was a red bull. I then waited in line to pay and the cashier was extremely rude and only to me. He did not have his mask on the entire time. When i made it to the register he asked for my age and i responded with my age 17, he rudely insisted that the age restriction was 18, in which i corrected him multiple times politely that it was 16 and above. He kept on insisting that it was 18 and after multiple requests he went and checked with another employee. His colleague then informed him that he was incorrect and that it was in fact another product lottery scratch cards. Everybody else was fine with the exception of that employee, however my friend struggles with anxiety and had a panic attack following this situation. I hope that employees can be more gentle with customers incase they do have struggles like my friend.
Handy centrally placed store at the heart of the village. Has almost everything you need - except black pudding. There is a lovely traditional butchers along the street.
Just dropping off my first bag of soft plastics for recycling. Well done Co-Op. Hope this works well . Can we have a bin in Llandaff North's store please?
Not many shoppers inside had to wait quite a time outside ,Ido think a few more could have been allowed in and it would still be safe
generally acceptable but no self checkouts or warm food things like they have in other co-ops. the selection is also slightly worse i find, but its still ok. also you should probably buy a co-op card if you use this place much, they cost a pound and you get 5% back when you buy co-op brand products so seeing as the lunches are £3.50 thats a free lunch every 20 lunches, and thats an alright deal even if its not much
Good selection of groceries and friendly customer service. Prices are typical of co-op do expect to spend your life savings! Shop is clean and well stocked.
Make sure the cashier's take note of various offers on.I bought English breakfast teabags 2 X £5 today Didn't realise until I got home Rhys charged me £3 per box. Only £1 but nevertheless it's only an offer if recognised at the till
Did an online delivery and then received an email to collect the order, tried phoning and nobody answered, ended up asking a neighbour to give me a lift which rather defeats the object. Will not use online again.
Well stocked, friendly small supermarket. On holiday here and needed milk, bread and dog food. Also got a few bottles of locally brewed Welsh ales.
