Make sure you have a coop membership card and collect your points. Someone's till receipt said they had 54.00 to spend. Collect them and also its a good shop.

Expect a queue. Staff are nice, pity about the supervisors who need a kick up the backside. Never enough people on the tills. When a till staff see's a customer waiting, they dont immediatly ring bell for another collegue to jump on the till. Management need to take a common sense approach and realise 
that trains pull into the station opposite every 10 minutes. The bus outside the store leaves at 10, 30 and 50 minutes past every hour. People coming off the train wanting to get a bit of groceries quickly before needing to jump on the bus have a window of 3-4 minutes from when they get off the train to do this or they miss the bus and need to wait 20 mins for the next one. Female manager (I presume because she is not in uniform) has poor customer service skills. No greeting customers with a smile. Will put a carrier bag in front of you expecting you to pack your own shopping. Surely she could be doing this as the customer is dealing with the chip and pin payment system? Can't really take my custom elsewhere as there is no other similarly equiped store in  close proximity.
