Finished work went in store buying bits. Checked out. Got a receipt as he scanned my microve meal but it was reduced. and then scanned muffins but deleted again double scanned. Got lotto and scratch cards. £25.? He scanned micro meal 2x so went back he over charged me £3.75. The manager I'm guessing said we're the product got it out said look on receipt she tried to say the discount had come off I said yes on the one scanned meal and he'd already explained to manager he'd messed up so why didn't she realised the mistake. Tryed to make me feel guilty as I was the wrong idiot. He tryed to say its a different shop he's working at blar blar blar. It's not the first time and one vacation they under charged me so I was onist and same woman said oh at least he's onist now she tryed to make me feel I was wrong. They scam everyone. I heard from other people they pocket the money made. I'll be going to head office. If I stole 3.75 from them I'd be a criminal. Shops a joke. I'll never spend a penny in any co op from now on
Staff are so friendly and helpful. Also open longer hours than other stores which is handy. Great selection of alcohol, veg and all the other shabizzle and fresh bread every day. The staff are well trained and are always working hard. They are also always raising money for charity.
Given the store four stars out of five as discovered this place on my work round. Managed to get what I wanted and found the stock to be level with supplies. Store was clean and tidy and best of all, NO STUPID self service tills as my local co op have turned rude since these machines arrived.nnStaff here friendly and helpful which was nice to experience for a change. The car park outside was tidy with quite a few parking spaces available so that was fine and dandy too..nnI'll happily return providing that customer experience doesn't stop like it has in my local co op, or I'll go fund Tesco's for lunch instead..

The staff are lovely shame about the male manager never smiles or has the courtesy to speak, unless you speak first, then it's reluctant.nPerhaps training is bad.nI have give up saying good morning or hello.nI gave way as he was driving into the co op few months back not even a thank you, perhaps my merc troubles him.
