Shocking service by a woman named Michelle she was rude miserable and had absolutely no customer service skills at all! Very un helpful. 
Products were Advertised at one price and sold six another, I raised this issue and was welcomed by a dismissive NO we don’t do that response.

I was sadly suffering with a back problem, Which resulted in me smashing 2/3 bottles of wine. The staff were wonderfull. I was embrassed by the accident / damage, but they were caring and kind. Your staff  you should be proud of, they provide not only a service but care fot the community.
This is Elm Grove, Southsea branch. Please insure my comments are known to the staff and once again sorry..
