I've only just got back from this shop as my experience there was amazing and I had to write a review as soon as possible. So firstly I brought a bike off a boot sale app to start my new job as hours are hard to get to by public transport so I thought investing the last of the money I had to get a bike ! Brought the bike but it was way too small but the women on the app didn't respond after saying I could have my money back. I was quite upset! But this shop came through for me, I was worried that I wasn't going to get anywhere but Steve listened to my story with so much patience and kindly wanted to help me. They exchanged the bike I had for one of theirs at no cost!! I am so grateful for what they've done for me and so relieved that I can now get to work fast and easily. They have made my week! I definitely recommend this place, genuine people that are happy to hear where they can. Thank you so much Steve ! :) thank you to everyone at the shop! :)

Aaron was really helpful in supporting find the right bike to buy using the cyclescheme, he showed me various types of bikes and explained the differences in use as well as detailing the equipment on bike. 
I found the shop to be female friendly, and would definitely recommend to friends and colleagues. very helpful and  good with advice and variety of bikes and products but I did not feel they were trying to push add on items. Will definitely return there for all servicing and repairs.

I bought my Rahleigh Pioneer from this shop about 6 years ago, I have always used them for repairs and accessories etc. Today I have just had my cycle fitted with two new tyres and inner tubes, new brake pads front and back, along with a full service, which in my case included a really good clean up. My bike is as good as new, I am really chuffed to bits with the way I am looked after here. Thanks a million Aaron for your efforts today. All this work along with fitting a super new front light was carried out in under 24 hours and very reasonably priced.

Came in with an issue with the crank arm on my girlfriends bike. Arron checked over the bike for me and managed to fix the issue in no time at all. Top service and would highly recommend

Very friendly guys, they took extra time to service the bike and even clean it. Extremely pleased with the service, will definitely become a regular customer.
