I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to your Liscard branch on Friday, 10th October 2025. I am a regular customer and usually dine there two to three times a week, often ordering the Beef Madras, which has always been of excellent quality in the past.nnHowever, on this occasion, the meal was extremely disappointing. Every piece of beef in the dish consisted entirely of fat, which made it inedible and quite off-putting. This was very unlike the standard I have come to expect from your establishment.nnI hope this issue can be addressed, as it has deterred me from ordering this dish again — and from visiting as frequently as I usually do. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that the quality of this meal is restored to its previous standard.nnThank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Can’t argue with this place. We often go in for breakfast or a coffee. The staff are fabulous… all of them… always happy to help. Special shout out to Rachel… many thanks for all your help x I normally have a small veggie breakfast and it is a lot lot better than many places I’ve been. Normally quiet in the mornings when we go… gives us a chance to chill down. Excellent value for money.
