Ordered a gift from here in November, tracking updates differ. Not recieved an email update as stated, yet spammed with emails of new offers. Emailed twice for an update and not heard a thing even though it says someone will get back to me in 48 hours I understand it is Xmas, the communication and customer service is not good. Now one child will not have their sack, which I could have ordered from another company.
Website was terribly slow. Kept crashing and completed my order before letting me add voucher. Rude staff refused to refund or cancel the order even though the t&c’s state otherwise. To top it off. Order was 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Not even “dispatched” and paid the extra for 3 day delivery!! Never again and will never recommend! Update! Sacks finally arrived 2 days before Christmas and were not worth the money!! Only slim boxes fit inside! More square boxes like peppa pig play sets did not fit!!
Absolutely love this business and my little boy loves his personalized sack from Santa. I will be returning every year to make our Christmas more and more magical. Thankyou :
I ordered ONE BAUBLE and paid for express delivery on the 1st of November and one month and a half later I am still waiting for it, with Christmas being next week! It is ridiculous and staff cannot even locate my parcel. Nobody is replying my emails with any update, at this point I just want a refund. I won’t be shopping here anymore!
I ordered a personalised Christmas sack for my daughters first Christmas last year and I was really pleased with it. The quality was of high standards and a good size for putting in all those important presents. I found the ordering process very smooth and I loved how you could see what the product looked like before placing the order. There was no issues with delivery and I was kept updated on the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
Quoted 3 - 5 working days for delivery. Been 9 working days with no update at all from Handmade Christmas Company. I am concerned they have taken my money and don't intend to supply my order.
Bought a lovely personalised Xmas sack last year for our son. Fast delivery and excellent quality. The personalisation adding a great touch to an already classy product. Will be buying again this year for our newborn!
Absolutely brilliant, have ordered from here multiple years and the quality is consistently great. I’ve even requested a non standard name size personalisation and they are more than happy to accommodate which is so lovely. I love seeing the Christmas Eve boxes and Santa Sacks out each year, puts a huge smile on my face!
Bought a Xmas sack from these it took almost 5 weeks to be delivered and not only that at checkout I paid 5ver for a surprise gift worth £17 and they didn't even bother to put it in the bag it did not come with the sack and they don't answer emails at all poor won't use again I recommend you avoid tbh
