Chanced a walk in without booking. Friendly helpful staff settled me at the bar. On asking, they confirmed that I'd be happy with the steak sandwich. Understatement! It was the best steak sandwich I've had in a very long time. A magnificently cooked piece of lean beef, elegantly presented with light salad and a side of fries. I was very pleasantly surprised to have stumbled upon such a tasty lunch. Reasonably priced, attentive friendly staff in a moderately stylish setting. Will definitely return and recommend without hesitation.

I’ve been a few times as it’s a local of ours and I find there are better places to have a steak in Dublin at a more reasonable price. The steak was a bit small and over-seasoned for my liking, quiet salty and the accompaniments were good but standard. Staff are friendly but bang for buck I wouldn’t overly recommend for dinner, I have on the other hand heard good things for midweek lunch.

This was the best dinner I had all week in Dublin and London. Great feel inside, with fantastic service. The scallop appetizer was the best scallop dish I have ever had. My fiancé and I each had a different steak that was cooked to perfection with a great sear on it and fantastic flavor. Would have been happy to pay even more than the menu price. That good!

Great Angus steak and also very good brill. It is a rather expensive space, but has a nice atmosphere and nice staff. Somfor us it was worth the money.

Only go if you have lots of $$$ and enjoy meat and potatoes. The best thing were the appetizers. This is a steakhouse, pure and simple.
