People complain about the service here and whilst I understand why, it shouldn’t detract from their reviews. Ravi serves up a limited number of main dishes- he does every single one of these amazingly- I cannot get enough of his food. I think he is quite passionate about doing these dishes very well and according to his taste (restaurant is called Ravi’s Kitchen) When people come in and start asking him to modify his dishes or do things differently neither he nor his wife have any interest, he does his dishes very well and that’s the food he serves in his restaurant. If you would like delicious Indian food that will make you want to come every day then come here and sample Ravis dishes! If you want to go to a restaurant and tell a chef how to cook his food don’t expect him or his staff to welcome you with open arms. I would rate the food here up with the very best Indian food I have eaten worldwide, I don’t come here for the service I come for the food, come here and immerse yourself in his food and you’ll have no complaints, come and start asking him to change recipes he’s proud of and feels passionately about and you be moaning next week about the service ...

Sub-standard service. I think they're rudest to Indians. I went twice. I was surprised by the rude behavior initially - from the waiter to the guy and lady who run the place. Ignored it thinking it could be an aberration. I faced it again for the second time. Really appalling behavior. Very very average food. Nothing Indian about the food. Real shame this restaurant claims to ''serve Indian food'. Never going back.

Food is great and the reason for it is the passion and honesty by which Mr Ravi runs this place. He is a true foodie and consistency is his secret. A perfect host and goes a mile for his customer satisfaction.

The restaurant owner was very rude and the woman servicing my table was verbally abusive (bordering on physically abusive) and very explicitly racist and uncivilized. I won't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
