This reminds me of "don't judge a book by its cover", though it looks really run down and could do with being updated, the food spoke different levels. A large plain sausage and a small chips was ordered, when the gent was serving then chips I was sceptical about the look of them, they had a curry stained look, and wasn't confident that they would taste good. But after trying them I will compliment the chips, they were absolutely gorgeous, the chips were coated in a very thin batter all though I think so they were crispy and had plenty of flavour, I will say they were not oily in any way, and they definitely didn't go soggy, spot on. The sausage was okay it wasn't anything special.

Very good food .I had a mixed kebab  in a nan bread, which was very tasty . Chips not bad  ...Food: 4/5

Great little chip shop friendly and welcoming atmosphere.. the chicken and chips are yummy and their pizzas  are lush too.. definitely try their food you will enjoy it

This was my favourite chip shop for years but not been for a while and now seems to have different owners. It was over half an hour before I finally left with my food and there was only 2 other people waiting before me. I had to give my order 4 times as the woman seemed to be on another planet half dazed even. The man was no better. Pointlessly cutting lots of kebab meat when no one was ordering any whilst the woman was casually drifting around not appearing to be doing anything. She apologised once to say we were waiting on chips but how do chips take over half an hour to cook.when its supposed to be fast food. Food was no where near the standard of the previous owner. Barely any batter on the chips and very little curry sauce. Unlike will be returning.

Great local chip shop staff are friendly and helpful and chips are freshly cooked and the fried chicken tastes lush and you can't beat their pizzas also yummy

I ordered first time two 15 inches vegitairan pizzas and  received two 12 inches pizza called the shop owner regarding the size of the pizza . He's not accepting his mistake. Keep saying he's got 14 years experience. Avoid if possible. This shop  nesty food

Ordered from Uber eats and had to call the restaurant twice to find out where our food was. Eventually after 3 hours, the driver rang and told me that my post code was wrong it wasn't. I ordered at half past 6 ready for tea and it did not come until half past 9 of the evening. My children were crying and they had to eat so fast before bed that they were bloated. The first time I called they said it was just leaving. 40 minutes later we called again and they said that they were outside our property. They weren't. They corrected to 2 mins away. Half an hour later I had the rude phone call from the driver demanding I had put in the wrong address.  I understand that this is a busy time and I would have understood perhaps an hour and a half, but 3 hours and multiple lies is excessive. They use their own drivers too so cannot blame uber eats drivers for this one. Saving grace was that the food was alright although we didn't really get to taste it anyway, how fast we had to push it down our necks.  I will say that the kebab meat was really nice but the southern fried chicken was soggy and sloppy. Overall terrible experience.

Over two hours late to deliver. Food was cold, can of coke was the warmest item. Unfriendly person on the phone when I called to find out where our food was, and the delivery driver was rude and unapologetic. Certainly won't be ordering from this hole again.

Food OK but waited 15 minutes for a cone of chips.....weren't even fresh
