Kebab at this time of night they think they can give u a Dry over cooked kebab. Be careful of dodgy establishments that think if u drunk they can get away with shoddy food.
Kebab was decent when drunk - attitude was NOT. I ordered my food and waited. The person serving me said “hello. Helloooo” just being plain rude - I couldn’t hear him. I have hearing issues and I didn’t need him embarrassing me in front of a whole shop full of customers. There was no need for a lack of manners like that. I genuinely didn’t hear him. Just not polite.
It's Kebab rush, if it's 1am on a Friday or Saturday and they forget your order just tell them, it's like a warzone in there at that time. You get 2 for 1 pizza for dirt cheap don't complain about the pizza, if the order is wrong just tell them. The guys are awesome, it's not their fault that you're too drunk to be comprehensible. This 5 star review is well deserved. Stay 'classy' Kebab Rush.
Was told I'm algeric to onions and they sent it out anyways. No offer to send our another purely because I'd paid already. Pay with cash with these. Worst customer service ever. Avoid had to bin the food.
Don't know about other food but, for pizza the worst I have ever had, I tried my best to eat it but it was just impossible, had to bin it. A frozen pizza from a corner shop destroys it and I spent quite a bit of money for absolutely no reason. Also, even though the driver was late, somehow it is me that is the problem. Honestly though if I could give this a 0 for food and service I would. Specifically, the pizza to me was just disgusting.
Fresh food & arrived earlier than expected, tasted amazing, conversation on the phone was a bit difficult with the worker, but worker advised us to call back when the manager is in, when the manager came in, he has spoken to us and taken our order perfectly, obviously there should be a bit of an improvement with the workers taking orders, as it’s important that they know what’s the rules and whatnot as they didn’t know a couple things, other than that, great food place, should have extra menus though, like burger sauce & peri peri wings would definitely order more.
How weird? We ordered 2 pizzas, and the first pizza was fine, but the second one was totally screwed up. They put onions and green peppers on my pizza, even though I asked for pineapple, chillis, mushrooms and Chinese chicken. Please, at least get the order correct
Ordered take away on Thursday night. They said it would take up to 40 minutes, be with us for 01:40am. fair enough. 40 minutes came and went. Half hour after the designated delivery time we were told it was 2 minutes away. 2:30am the driver phoned to ask where we were, and turns out he was no where near. 2:40am an hour late it turns up, barely warm, items missing from the order, and although we ordered half pound burgers, we barely got quarter pound burgers. Supposed to pay £13 for the order, personally I wouldn't of paid £5 for what turned up. Driver is lucky to have left with £10 after we told him we weren't paying full price. This is THURSDAY. How do you cope with the weekend with such poor customer service?!
Ordered 2nd time now, order was fresh but the lettuce wasn’t fresh, which obviously it made it a bit harder to eat as it was soggy and brown, forgot our drinks but called in and they’ve brought it straight away, other than the soggy lettuce everything was perfect, will order again just hopefully the lettuce is fresh this time.
Ordered food at 12:08 am and was still waiting for for at 1:35 am. So they kept me waiting when i called to complain the staff was rude and actually had the audacity to say i was lying! The food was cold salad was manky. This was the worst experience i had in my life no respect for customer no apology nothing. I do not recommend anyone to order food from kebab rush.
