The guy serving me, even after I had finished on the phone asking my boyfriend about his order, continues to sound almost a whisper. He asked what kind of chicken I wanted, I asked what they had. No barbecue, only the same exact chicken in mild, hot and hot hot. I decided on mild as I hate spice but got probably hot hot. I was physically sick from the spice and I was asked in not a nice manner (or get a Please and or thank you), from another worker to sit down so he could mop the floor. Tables topped on the other tables and that was a health and safety risk asking me to sit there. I decided to order as my boyfriend came home after work early hours in the morning with nice food, but I had to re-boil my rice TWICE to get rid of the spice yet it is still here. I really hope an undercover inspector comes in around the same time as I did one night. I guess Kings Solihull will have to be it, as they have a selection and not only one type of chicken as they always have throughout the whole night. 😭😭😭

Food was ok. staff were slow and didn't show much care. prices have recently been put up and no longer value for money. poor atmosphere.
