All around good service. Staff are consistently friendly and wait times arent too long. Food is good and evenly cooked. Not been a single time where I've had to send food back from here.

Your typical Nandos experience, its lovely food with good sides and drinks options, however as its in Solihull centre this one does tend to be full of loud obnoxious teenagers quite often, avoid film releases and you should be fine!

Everyone loves Nando's, let's get that out into the open before we play devil's advocate! Unfortunately however this Nando's is hit and miss! Sometimes it's good and other times it's not so good. Food is sometimes left out until its all ready and is then served cold with the one dish hot. I think they should follow wagamamas and just serve the food when it's ready! Service has always been good though and staff are always polite and hard working so will continue to come, but recently have been choosing wagamamas over Nando's as the food comes as its made piping hot... Just a thought Nando's!

Good location and good food. It could only be better if they still served Superbok beer. :-)

Visited Solihull Nandos with my friend..must say excellent service from Craig. Absolutely well looked after..not only was the the service excellent but also Craig was very polite and very helpful. Thanks Craig..we'll be visiting soon again! 👍😁
