I have just spent an hour trying to get through on the 875533 number with no luck. I then go to the surgery to find a note on the door saying the number has changed and has been in effect from the 1st May. I would have never known there was a number change unless I went to the surgery before I had an appointment, how ridiculous. Luckily I live quite close, but how are people who can't get out as easily meant to know of the change? The old number still puts you on hold, making you think you are going to get through. Google also still has the old number as well. I have just requested an edit on the google page for the new number. I don't recall being hired by the surgery but I appear to be the only one trying to help people make an appointment. You need to change the old message to mention the number change or send out a letter letting people know of the change. This is an absolute outrage. Number: 01689 769106 and 01689 769109

Rang today for a same day appointment for my seven-year-old son suffering with a very painful ear. On the 7th attempt I got through at 8:15 and was told a doctor would call me back before 10 AM. No call. At 10:30 I held for 10 minutes in a queue and explained that I’ve had no call. At the end of the day 6 PM still no call. During the numerous times I have tried to ring the surgery today I had a message to say that the number has not not being recognized and also a Tesco mobile voicemail answered at one point. I would award this surgery zero stars had had there been an opportunity.

Very rude and arrogant service at the reception. Lack of experience in the assessment of the diagnosis which every time ends in a visit to the hospital on Emergency. Every time we call in the morning at 8:05am that there is no room for a morning visit with problems for the afternoon where there is no possibility to book for the next day because you have to call the same day. The phone is switched on at 8:00am . So how can it be done in 5 minutes to book all morning appointments special where they told me can sorted minimum 12 appointments every morning . It's look like they doing in 30 seconds appointment for 1 person but it's still not possible to book 12 people in 5 minutes at any day where I'm calling . This is unacceptable and not professional. Next week will changed my GP because I have never seen such a bad service like there.

This gp practice is terrible I never get my repeat prescriptions Even though I order them at least a week Before To get an appointment is awful spent a hour Trying to get though on the phone gave up in the end Some of the reception staff are very rude It's such a shame as this practice used to be very good Also I have had to wait 3 to4 weeks for appointment
