Lovely centre expert staff! Easy to book online appointment within days great service. Thank you to all the staff especially the nursing staff
Terrible hospital, booked an appointment but had to wait 2 months. My appointment was with Dr Jong, which lasted less than 5 minutes and he said I should grow my hair to cover my skin eruption. I made a formal complaint but the hospital said everything was ok and they didn't see anything wrong with the Consultation. Just don't go there!
Excellent service. I arrived before they opened but was welcomed in and made comfortable. Lovely facility, excellent nurse and all done on time!
Attended for a health assessment - outstanding experience today at the medical centre. I looked around to find a place with good reviews and it didn't disappoint at all, by far the best service I have received at a doctors.nnHad a younger guy initially who was fantastic, didn't catch his name but he had a internship at Charlton, thank you to him and the team!
I went to the centre for an appointment for my back pain and found the service to be excellent from the secretary Diane to my consultant Steve, I am so happy Bupa recommended this facility to me, I have used other private clinics before which were good but this one is by far the best
