I went for a BUPA health check up. To say I was impressed by how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the staff were is an understatement.nnPaula on the front desk made me feel at home. Darius the health advisor/nurse was off-the-charts knowledgeable and helpful in making realistic suggestions to help me live a better life. Dr Sahayam was eye-opening in her suggestions on relaxation, approach to life, approach to the world .nnWhat a fantastic team - I'll be back to see them again next year and will be recommending to all my friends and family

Incredibly poorly managed scheduling – let down by admin, not the staff.nnI am deeply disappointed with how late evening appointments are managed at KIMS Sevenoaks. We were booked in for an ultrasound and an MRI appointment, but the administration completely messed up the scheduling, resulting in one overlapping the other.nnThe technicians were wonderful and did their absolute best to fit us in between other slots. They shouldn't have to bear the brunt of front-of-house confusion for a mistake that wasn't theirs.nnIt is incredibly frustrating to pay for private healthcare only to deal with such an unprofessional, dysfunctional booking system and poor internal communication. If you are paying a premium for private care, you expect basic scheduling to be handled properly.
Have had two visits to KIMS Sevenoaks this month for X-rays and a procedure today. Both visits 5nToday a massive thankyou to Diane reception Lorraine nurse Dr Joe radiology consultant for the excellent care and kindness.nCannot recommend highly enough
It was very eerily dark downstairs on arrival - not very inviting at all. I almost turned around and went home as I seemed to be in the wrong place. It was pitch black and I had to turn my torch on my phone to use the lift. I did not feel safe at all and I felt staff were at risk from anyone just walking in off the street. I would definitely not come back to this hospital again. The Maidstone one was much more inviting. I would like to add that all staff were lovely, just the situation made me feel very uncomfortable, and particularly the money I was paying to feel unsafe!
