Attended for a health assessment - outstanding experience today at the medical centre. I looked around to find a place with good reviews and it didn't disappoint at all, by far the best service I have received at a doctors. Had a younger guy initially who was fantastic, didn't catch his name but he had a internship at Charlton, thank you to him and the team!
So helpful from first call, reception staff and imaging staff. All so friendly and professional. Dark haired receptionist was fab. Couldn't have been more helpful from first call to saying goodbye. Ex teacher lovely lady
I recently had an appointment in Outpatients at Sevenoaks Medical Centre. All staff from reception through to Outpatients were friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of parking available and my appointment was on time. Clean and pleasant environment.
From when you first arrive, to when you see your consultant and leaving, I can honestly say that everyone is polite and friendly. They all provided an excellent service.

I had my first mammogram at Sevenoaks Medical Centre after seeing Mr Devalia. The team were very professional and put me at ease. I was very nervous but it was not painful at all and I will definitely return here for my next check up.
I can see why the rating for this service is low. My first experience was with an MRI, took ages and a lot of effort to chase results and accounting department kept asking for payments the insurance company had made already. Now I am waiting to get booked in for an Ultrasound and I can call, email, leave messages, no answer. My advise; use NHS they seem faster in their response and more efficient.
Very quick access to Consultant appointment. Lovely facilities and staff.
Friendly staff at reception . Pity it took over a week to send over the X ray to my GP . Might as well have waited for the NHS Xray as going private didn’t speed up the process . The Priory Tunbridge Wells is much better … sent same day on another occasion .
