Rosalinda at The Chapel has been looking after my hair for almost a year now. She is experienced, talented, dedicated and fun. I have never been this happy with my hair, which is really thick and wavey read: unmanageable if not done right! I had a wonderful experience at The Chapel this afternoon. As a salon rookie I did lots of research before booking and had read excellent reviews online and articles about The Chapel and felt like it would be the best salon for me. I really enjoyed the experience as everyone was really welcoming from Sarah who greeted me to Sasha who did my hair today. I felt really pampered and cared for with the excellent customer service and beverages to the consultation I had before my haircut. Sasha did a fantastic job and I will be returning in the future. If you are looking for a professional and luxury hairdressing experience with a caring touch then I feel like you will love The Chapel.

I was running a little late and called in advance to ask if that was OK. I was told it was. On arrival I was told I now couldn't be seen although there was 30 mins left on my appointment and all I needed was a quick trim. I explained that it is my mother's funeral tmrw and could the please see me quickly and I was rudely declined. In my experience, no personal touch and didn't bother to make the effort to fit me in. I was running late but had called ahead to explain a road had closed and was told it still OK to come.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling

I had my first haircut at the Chapel Sevenoaks shortly after the third lockdown and from the moment I walked in the service I received was exceptional. I was very lucky enough to have Maxine as my stylist and she really took her time to understand my concerns. I have very long hair tail bone length but damaged due to a hair dye allergy and I wanted cut off the dead ends yet still retain my length. I'm not too sure what kind of magic Maxine did but my hair is genuinely the best it's looked in over 4 years! I still have long hair but the quality of my hair has improved so much and I have received so many compliments since visiting. Yes it is on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and The Chapel has definitely gained a new customer, this place is just amazing. I have never said this before but I cannot wait to come back and get my hair cut again!

I was so impressed with the service and will definitely be going back. I have never had any colour in my hair and was very nervous about the whole thing so picked my salon carefully. I just wanted a natural look to mimic how my hair gets highlighted in summer. Victoria understood exactly what I wanted and came up with the perfect solution. The result was perfect! The atmosphere is also lovely and everyone is super friendly. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing hairdressers. Rosalinda colour matched my hair so well and she's only the 2nd person ever that's been able to dry my frizzy wavy hair straight without the need to use straighteners after.

If you're a gent this probably isn't the best place to get your hair done. The atmosphere is nice, but the hairdressing was average at best. I generally go to Milo's, and when I do I get the full deal. They always offer to trim my beard and do any hair I have in my nose or ears without asking. When I went to the chapel I expected exceptional quality due to being double the price. The hairdresser was friendly but I had to describe to her how to style my hair even though they claim to be experts. Above this, I had to request my beard trimmed as it wasn't cleanly styled to match the haircut and explain how to do it and even after this she started it, rushed it and asked me to clean it up at home. Not recommended for guys, probably a great hairdresser though.  EDIT: Upping this from 2 to 5 stars due to amazing response from the Chapel,  I really do appreciate them reaching out, they said they will make things right and learn from this experience and that is true exceptionalism. I do really trust and appreciate them taking constructive criticism.

Outstanding as always, I have been using this salon for a year now and my Stylist, Elias is amazing!  So good in fact I have booked my appointments for the remainder of the year.  Having my own vintage fashion company it is so important that my hair looks great and these guys are the best!  Pete & Vernon are great hosts, they always welcome you on arrival and book appointments with precision. The salon is amazing, spacious and welcoming a real treat and find, like being in the middle of mayfair at a top salon, except this is local even better!  Thanks guys, and look forward to my next appointment.
