Dyed my hair twice here with Natalie. I’m dark brown that is now a blonde. I’m always happy with the finish!! And the staff are so friendly. Me and my mum will always come here for a blow dry before an event!

Wow 3 stars is being polite.0 stars for the professionalism of the beautian, hassle with booking, no professionalism when being greeted, appointment cancelled, last minute. The only up side was the treatment good results, falsely advertised on Groupon,  the discount does not warrent 3 30mins treatment it should be either 6 30 min or 3 hr treatments. If there was professionalism i would go back and recommend, I even missed a treatment because of the service.

One client was waiting half an hour for the hairdresser to turn up.  My treatment was equally lackadaisical.  My nails are supposed to last 2 weeks.  They're unfinished around the edges.  There was some concern that there wasn't enough product.  It looks like it.   I will have to redo them myself.   I can't recommend unfortunately and I really wanted to be impressed.  Try somewhere else.

This is the friendliest salon ive ever been to. The make up they offer is outstanding and i will definitely be going back for my next special occasion xx
