I am so fed up with this surgery.nI can never get a face to face appointments, can't even get referrals or results through successfully.nWhen I do manage to book an appointment in usually a 3 week delay. Really wouldn't recommend.

I was forced to leave Beaches due to the unacceptable experience I had with the healthcare professionals. Despite specifically requesting to see a GP on my online form, I was consistently met with nurses or paramedics instead. One particular encounter with a male nurse named Warren left a lasting impression on me.nnAt the time, I was feeling extremely unwell, struggling with insomnia, spasms, stomach pains, and heart palpitations. Warren's response was dismissive and unprofessional. He barely acknowledged my presence, failing to even look at me or greet me when I entered the room. When I attempted to explain my symptoms, he cut me off, claiming that it sounded like a muscular issue without even examining me. I was taken aback by his abruptness and lack of empathy.nnWhen I questioned his diagnosis, Warren became defensive and raised his voice, telling me that if I was going to argue, I should leave. I was shocked and frustrated, but I persisted, hoping to get some answers. Instead, he proceeded to review my COPD records on his computer, making inaccurate statements about my condition. He even altered information on my latest spirometry test, which I found alarming.nnThe examination itself was perfunctory, and I left the practice feeling shocked and disrespected. I decided to file a complaint with the manager, but the response was unsatisfactory. Warren's apology was insincere, implying that I was somehow to blame. All I wanted was an apology. Instead I got a reply saying I'm sorry you feel this way, but... he even denied going into my records...nnI eventually changed to a different surgery, where I discovered that my illness was caused by a medication interaction. During a routine blood test, I shared my experience with the nurse, who surprisingly knew exactly who Warren was, before I even told her his name... She revealed that she used to work at the same practice and that they had received numerous complaints about Warren's behavior. It was clear that I was not alone in my experience.nnI'm not one to complain, and I'm deeply grateful for the NHS and the tireless efforts of its staff. I understand the immense pressure they're under, especially during these challenging times. However, I find it utterly unacceptable that a healthcare professional like Warren can repeatedly behave in such an unprofessional manner, causing distress to multiple patients, without facing any disciplinary action.... My new surgery is literally night and day compared to Beaches, which proves that this surgery can improve.
Contacted the surgery today regarding a very severe rash spreding up from my legs. Call lasted less than 30 seconds. All they said no appointments available today. No other help, just rang off.A terrible experience. This surgery is claiming money to treat patients. From my view they have failed. Now got to resort to calling 111. A terrible service to patients. They drawing loads of NHS funds, but provide an appalling service to patients.
Had a lovely experience at the hair transplant team. Very friendly and professionalnGreat value for money highly recommended
