We travelled down from North Wales and were made very welcome, we booked in and as we came on motorbikes showed to our room to change out of gear etc. We had a table booked and it was a fab meal. We had a lovely night and slept well in a toasty room. Staff were great as locals alike so highly recommended 😀 breakfast was spot on thanks ladies.

Wetherspoon on a Busy Sunday 18 /02 /2018. late afternoon, simple easy observation "Clean as you go...!" What a bloody mess... food 🍲 plates, glasses everywhere. In fact we did our own clean up so we could enjoy a fantastic few pint's of Bank's SA @ £2.09...Bar staff nice guys... Around 16:30hrs to 17.55hrs

Value for money is the absolute phrase that pays. The room was ample, the shower was excellent and the staff were superb from start to finish. The location is great for heading into Snowdonia et al. We stayed two nights and ate here both evenings; we were not disappointed. As for Ruthin, there's not a huge amount to do in the evening but it's a very quaint and peaceful place. We would happily return here. A note about parking: the venue has no parking available, but there is a car park behind, which is £7 per day and free from 5pm to 8am. If you pay for a ticket after 5pm it follows onto the next day - great Welsh common sense.

Great value, great family room and nice food. This is an ideal location to stay to look around the town. The only let-down during our stay was no internet and a noisy guest bellowing thoughtlessly along the upstairs hallway during the night. We would recommend it and would stay again.

We booked a family room which exceeded expectations for its size. Separate room for the single bed which also included a zed bed. Room was clean, beds were made nicely. Extra pillows in cupboard. Towels for all guests. Customer service was great. Separate entrance for hotel guests was good. Location was lovely, right in the middle of shops. Free cash machines available too. Mattress wasn't the comfiest but I'm used to a comfy bed at home. Bit noisy as we stayed on a Saturday night. Nice breakfast had in the morning. Pleasent stay.
