Food was pleasant but a little pricey. Waitress unfortunately didn't match the standard of food. Setting is lovely as is the pub itself. Well decorated and furnished.

Went for drinks. Nice place with stunning views over the Warwickshire countryside. Car park is over the road, they have accommodation which they showed us around but I can't comment really on how good a stay is. They sell Hook Norton beer. I recommend the Hooky Gold for modern Citrus flavour. The service is ok. Friendly enough. Well worth a visit though, just for the view.

I booked to stay here for the night because it looks lovely. We arrived on the Saturday and it seemed a little dis-organised at the bar where you have to check-in. We were shown to our the Rupert Room towards the top of the tower, excellent views and a reasonable spec. Unfortunately we had to leave after an hour and a half as my father-in-law suffered a heart attack. I advised the hotel of the issue and swiftly left. I was disappointed that I hadn't heard from the hotel since, perhaps to invite us back. In no way at all do I expect a refund, but would have expected good customer service to see if we wanted to return and arrange another date. As a result of this, I won't be going, nor recommending.

Amazing view over Warwickshire especially from the room that has a large glass wall. Very large beer garden that would be great in the summer and it looks out over the amazing view as well. Baby change facilities are in the disabled toilets which are outside the main building so are too cold in the winter for young babies though.
