The cash exchange in cindeford offers great customer services, I had some items in on buyback. This scheme helped me to tide myself over until I sorted my finances out and could buy my items back within the 30 days given. Nothing was to much trouble. I will deffinatley be using these guys again.

My sister put in a ring for exchange. Regretting her decision, she thought she would take advantage of the 30 day buy back scheme within a few days. They had claimed it had already been sent away to be melted down, this was a lie. A whole year, maybe longer had passed when it caught our attention that the ring was actually sent to the lydney store sitting in the window waiting to be purchased. Refusing to listen to our case we had to pay triple what it had been bought of us for. Very unsatisfying.

Great for a mooch. Sells new and refurbished items and unusual too. Does house clearance.
