Had a very bad experience of very unhelpful staff when trying to resolve a problem. A real shame as up to this point I was a happy customer and would have recommended the company. Hopefully it is just this store and other branches are better. I will not use this store again.

Amazing customer service

If it could go lower than 1 star it would be rated as that. The store staff are absolutely useless and need a lesson on the products and customer service.
