Used the service today. Paid £60, found staff so pushy and I wanted the £35 service but was told that because my car was dirty it would be £60 and the inside would get cleaned too. Picked it up, looked fine as the carpark is so dark. Then realised when I parked up outside that it's not been cleaned well, certainly not worth £60 - half that at best and not a professional service. Dirt still stuck around door handles, along seals, boot ledge, under wheel arches, dirt on grill, they didn't clean inside well and still had a coffee spill from the morning in the cup holder. So disappointed. Will not be using this service again nor recommending it. Have emailed the owner with pictures so hopefully theyl resolve this.Services: Car waxing
Avoid at all costs, pushy sales people and sub standard work, bunch of cowboys. Went here again March 2022 and really not impressed, the guy was pushing the most expensive product despite me saying several times I did not want to spend that amount, settled on a deal for a slightly cheaper product and was quoted 2 hours, near 3 hours later car was ready, car seat was left in the most ridiculous position so much so that I could barely get in the car, once home it became apparent that they hadn't cleaned the alloys properly or evenly dressed the tyres, the windows had a residue on them too so had to clean them myself. Bodywork and alloys had white residue from not being correctly wiped or polised. A £5 jet wash gives better results. Waste of money,will never go back.
Asked to have car hoovered which tbh was just needing a light hoover and windows cleaned, The guy said £30 for a hoover What a joke !!!
Absolutely shocking service, far too pushy and aggressive staff they refused to hoover my car because it was to dirty although it was only dry grass, Do not go here they are robbers take your car to the Longman, they were quicker and made the car look brand new.
Absolutely terrible, paid for showroom cleaning £80 which they obviously rushed in 30 minutes, it was no different to my usual £30 wash. Wont be going here again very disappointed, definitely not show room clean.Service: Auto detailing
Not happy at all. They were very busy and said it would not be ready for 4 hours. We went back to car to collect something and said they could have another hour. Picked car up as we had to be somewhere so did not really check properly. It was only the inside and not a wash outside. Not a 4x4. £35. When I had a chance to look at car it was still covered in crumbs and dust. Pockets were still dirty. They only gave it a lick and a promise. Will not be using again. I have taken picture.
What a waste of money cost me £30 the car was still dirty when I checked it when I stop 5 min down the road when I went for fuel. A 5 year old could of done better the car was dirty in side and out! I had to clean it myself as there was still dust on dash and floors still dirty and not good on the outside either. I don't normally put bad reviews on but just wasted £30 I would stay away guys not good!
