Very good service and very good food. Great gluten free options. Have eaten here a number of times and never been disappointed. Try the gluten free pulled pork pizza, the pork is home- smoked and FAB. Also recommend the chicken in particular the chicken burger. Must visit.

Great hidden gem in a sleepy(ish) Welsh town. Pizza is fantastic and the burgers looked great (I didn't have a chance to try). All this topped off with bottled beer from the excellent bluestone brewery brewed just up the road.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Pizzas were amazing and the sweet potato fries were the best we've had in a long time. The decor was lovely too which always improves the experience. Would recommend. We are definitely coming back here when we next visit the Newport area.

Had a wonderful cooked breakfast here also a take out pizza which was freshly made & really tasty. At the moment we are eating a bacon & mushroom toasted roll which has loads of thick bacon in it.........it's delicious. Definitely recommend The Canteen
