Really not happy with this dental practice. Saw a male dentist who was adamant that my tooth was fine and that it was just my sinuses that was causing the issue with my tooth ache (bearing in mind this was in December). He said that "why would the tooth be decaying now, when we filled in 3 years ago. Why now and not 3 years ago." So I let that slide and thought yes ok, may be my sinuses. When they had gone, I went back to the same dentist in January for my check up and I stated that the tooth was still in a little bit of pain when I was eating on that side of my mouth. He said something along the same lines (can't quite remember) and told me to come back in six months for a routine check up. Anyway... After all of this that happened, I looked in the mirror a couple of weeks ago whilst I was cleaning my teeth and realised that this tooth is now discolouring and my tooth is decaying. After everything this dentist had implied stating that it was fine... when now I will have to have the tooth taken out because the dentist got it wrong. Yes I will admit that I should look after my teeth more, but that is not the point... the point is I should have faith in the system to be able to trust someone who is important as a dentist.

Do not use this dentist! The staff are unhelpful, the dentists don’t know what they’re talking about! If I could give zero stars I would!!!

I was seen by one of the female dentists. She did a great job with the fillings. Very formative and kind.

Very poor; left in agony, went private elsewhere- when they removed filling I'd just had done at Cambridge St, they said it was rotten underneath & much more treatment followed... Husband saw a different dentist at Cambridge St - she was adamant his tooth needed to come out but once again he went elsewhere & it was fixed just fine. AVOID!!!

I was recommended Cambridge Street Dental Practice by a close friend after being extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received from a string of other surgeries within London. I got an appointment for the following week which was the earliest they could do. I must admit I hoped I could have been seen quicker but I guess it's nothing to grumble about as it wasn't an emergency. I can not express how happy I was to finally find a dentist that took their time to explain to me where I had been going wrong and explain thoroughly the ways I could begin to rectify my bad habits! I was given various options to consider for the future but astonishingly there was no pressure to have treatment! I can't remember having an appointment at the dentist where they haven't found something or other that's needs doing 'as quickly as possible'! The denist that I saw was friendly and I was definitely put as ease by his professionalism and by the way he was unquestionably experienced within his field. I have since taken my 2 year old daughter for her first check up at Cambridge Street. I was very pessimistic of the prospect that she would see her way through it without screaming the whole surgery down but it turned out I had nothing to worry about! She saw a different dentist to who I had seen previously, however, yet again I was overly impressed with the way she explained to my child step by step what she was doing and turned the whole appointment into a fun experience. My little girl did not stop talking about it for the whole of the following week! Overall I hope I will not have to change my dentist again for the foreseeable future! (At last!) They did say their books were full but if you can persuade them to add you with a hint of urgency and charm (which I did!) then I am confident you won't regret it.
