It's a Great Pub with Great Beer. Added to that it has a charming Landlady and incredibly friendly and helpful bar staff. From the welcoming fire to the spotlessly clean toilets I couldn't find fault even if I had wanted to. I understand that Blackcountry breweries own it and their beer features strongly. I shall be back for another pint of 'Over a barrel just as soon as the wife let's me.
Maxine is an asset to the pub and can comfortably manage the bar single handedly. I had a couple of samples and chose Appoloosa an American hops ale and enjoyed a cheese and onion cob for £5.60. Nice clean pub and a large beer garden to enjoy the sun. Large car park, too
A friendly clean atmosphere with a excellent choice of real ales and ciders with bar food available. The premises comprises of a carpark and boasts a really good outside seating area of two different levels; one hard standing and one on grass, there is also a heated smoking area. An above average family public house.
Cracking little old school pub. Cobs of many choices and crisps cracking selection of drinks. Nice range of craft ales n ciders. Best pint a cider I ever had that lillys gladiator what a pint never had a cider like it. Footy on but nice n chilled. Sure will pop in again
An excellent, clean and comfortable boozer with great ale and helpful staff. I'm still yet to find a Black Country Ales pub that let's me down! I'll definitely be back :
Good selection of beers. Samoa, pork pie, and cobs, rolls. Good atmosphere when we were there Saturday afternoon evening. Friendly staff. Worth a trip.
had our darts match here, been done up really nice. beautiful garden area. cobs were delicious, so much so we bought some to take home.
Popped in on a Friday 6pm busy yet found seats. Lovely to see mix of ages and so many friendly people in. We had 2 rounds and left. Love The Black Country Pubs
Had a lovely day in the Bridge 2 day atmosphere was excellent just disappointed to be constantly and deliberately overcharged. Happy to tip the staff but this in my opinion is scandalous. Other people 2 day check your bills and vote with your feet
Another great afternoon in The Bridge ! Beer / cobs excellent. Great service and pleasant environment !
