Nice hotel on the right side of the bridge for any events in Chertsey. Rooms tidy and clean, beds comfy. Didn't fancy any food at the hotel, and there is not many places to eat without driving. Its a quiet town. Stayed two nights, first morning breakfast was buffet style, following morning orders were taken, this did affect my timing a bit as I had to allow extra time (and more tea!) But overall food was good. I would stay again as it was a good hotel, pool table and live footy in the bar and plenty of parking.

After issues checking in for the first time ever, they were all wonderfully resolved by Anette at reception. Thank you very much. ❤ Have stayed here many times and is always a cracking 3* Hotel x beautiful view x x highly recommend. X 😉 soft nod to Helen 😉

Excellent food, attentive service and great riverside location. Also family friendly with separate children's menu. We had a very good relaxed lunch here. Ample parking on site.

Loved my time here. Will write a full review if I get a chance. But can recommend this place. Right on the river Thames so the views and ambience are fantastic. Walking distance to Thorpe Park.

Hotel room was of a good standard and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. Food is served downstairs but on my two visits I've felt the catering staff can't keep up with the orders. Unfortunately breakfast doesn't start until 8am on weekends which is a bit late if you're an early riser. Overall its a good little overnighter for about the right price point.
