I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress from the Bridal lounge . Lee  is so helpful and thorough throughout choosing a style that suits you ( plenty of beautiful designs) , explaining timescales , fittings and collection. She really is a massive credit to herself and business and her customer service skills are beyond excellent! The dress it’s self was absolutely amazing and I felt so special when I put it on on my wedding day . Thank you Lee !!

My experience was almost 2years ago now but didn’t realise u could review the place on here! 
I popped in on the off chance not having an appointment and Lee only had 30minutes free it was the best 30minutes dress shopping iv ever had, she absolutely knows her stuff before going here I was looking for the completely  wrong style of dress for my shape, not having much time Lee told me straight away what style she thought would flatter me most and she was bang on! I felt so much once I was trying on the right style. The dress I went for I would never have picked of the hanger it was the wild card but I went with it and wow u no when uv found the one! I cannot rate the women enough I highly reccommend everyone to pay her a visit!

Myself and my mum and dad recently visited The Bridal Lounge of Accrington and although I didn't end up getting my wedding dress from there, I wanted to write a review about the amazing experience we had. 

The service that myself and my family received was second to none and just the day I had dreamed about when trying on dresses. Lee really made me comfortable trying on dresses and pushed me out of  my comfort zone in style of dress, which I was grateful for. Unfortunately in this instance the dream dress for me was elsewhere (don't get me wrong Lee had some amazing dresses), but I will be recommending the Bridal Lounge of Accrington to anyone and everyone - It's rare to find such beautiful dresses and the service to match which is what these guys so wonderfully do.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress from The Bridal Lounge of Accrington. I am originally from Accrington but moved to Surrey to be with my other half (my new husband!) I chose to travel back up north to allow my mum to be there when I picked my dress. Lee has been a star, she was able to fit me in with my busy schedule and only having certain weekend's back up north. She ensured my dress was all I wanted and the service I got made me feel so calm leading up to my big day. 

My mother in law wished to see the dress before the wedding so Lee arranged an extra fitting :) 

Everyone loved my dress and I even recommended the shop to a family member who is engaged.

I visited the store with my cousin ahead of her wedding to look for bridal inspiration and try on dresses. The shop was much bigger than others we have been to see and the range of options and dress styles was amazing. There was so many beautiful ones! Staff were all welcoming and accommodating and made my cousin feel exceptionally comfortable and relaxed! Definitely worth a visit, great experience!
