Not sure how Adrian is the manager of this store but HIS customer service is shocking!nHe took it upon himself to say twice in 2 separate visits to this store on weds & again Saturday that it was his decision if an item can be returned or not, even though we had a code direct from the manufacturer for the return / refund to take place. I challenged him about his comments & he tried to speak to myself & my daughter like we were beneath him on both occasions. Insinuated the item had been damaged when it clearly was a manufacturing issue, said one of the faults was that a part had not been tightened up correctly yet the item came built like that!!!!!! it was an expensive electrical item that was only 6 weeks old & was defectivenAfter reading these reviews this seems to be a re-occurring issue at this store with Adrian!nTook the item to another argos & completed the return with no issues.nArgos customer service i hope you read these store reviews as there clearly is an issue with management at this store! My advise if you need to return something take a trip to another argos rather than deal with Adrian!
I bought some iPhone earpods but the connector was the wrong size. Because I broke the seal they said you can’t exchange them or get your money back. I will never shop at Argos again.
Was waiting longer than needed, whilst others came in after me and pretty much picked up straight away. Not only that, but guy that served me had an attitude, told him that I'd paid for a bag, so he took little care in putting product in a bag. All the while, slack jawed, was chewing gum.nSpent a decade working retail, would've been sacked if I'd acted like that
To the absolute moron with the purple hair who thinks he owns Argos, 30 minutes you and your sidekick was arguing with me telling me I couldn’t return a controller that wasn’t working that I bought less then 24 hours prior telling me there’s nothing you could do about it. I went to Blackburn Argos and they exchanged without even a question asked. Sort your hair out, drop the tongue piercing and you might actually get laid and have at least a half decent smile and attitude for your customers 30years+ overweight and rude isn’t a good look! There was absolutely no need to treat me the way you did or was it because it was almost closing time and you couldn’t be bothered to waddle yourself to get a new controller absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Rude make staff male with purple and black hair not explaining things clear and delivery and paying I never found anyone so rude and not helpful if I could send this to higher management I would I never shop there again do rude I read things about here but thought I was reading things wrong now I know I was not if I could gave 0 stars I would
