Coffee to take outside in a medium sized cardboard cup that only fills half way up, no lid offered. Overpriced. If you bring your cup back to be refilled it's a pound which is a good incentive but could do with giving you a full cup of coffee in the first place. No sugars to help yourself to, you have to say how many sugars you want and they spoon it in. The Brampton itself is lovely as is the picnic area. Customer service at the counter not great or welcoming. It needs another place serving food and drink up there to give it some competition.
Visited the play area as me and my 5 year old son go regularly and on this one occasion he needed the toilet. Very rude man who worked there eventually let him go but warned me the toilets are only for customers. So you better buy something next time buddy he said. In a horrible tone. Never been insulted so much in my entire life. Just no need and infront of my son
Buy 2 chips, 2 ice creams and a coke and when my daughter asks for a glass of tap water she is told to get it from the museum because it's free from there! Poor customer relations here. Not the first time, hence this review.
Nice little local cafe. Quite expensive but good variety on menu especially for children. New toilets at last too.
Amazing place. Great cafe and lovely outdoor area. Very friendly staff x
Great place for kids to play and eat some lunch. Which isn't over priced and fresh
Great place to take little ones - they get to play in the soft play area while you get to chill with a cuppa and nice food
