Took my daughter out for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely amazing best garlic mushrooms I have ever had. Even though the restaurant was busy the food was served quickly and fantastic quality, piping hot food. The staff were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed right the way through the service and made sure empty glasses and plates were cleared quickly. The ladies serving were very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning with the rest of the family.
Enjoyed the visit. Not been for couple years. The restaurant has definitely up graded. Can't comment on the room's. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. One of our orders was wrong but was taken off the bill and correct order supplied to take away. Food itself was a bit "homey" large portions. On the whole very nice, lovely venue and staff super helpful.
Fantastic Christmas Eve treat with the family. The food was excellent a few pasta dishes, garlic mushrooms, cheesy garlic bread and the fudge cake and ice cream Credit to Paulo and the team. Not been in for a few years but it was reasonable busy and the service was tap drawer. Could not fault anything.We will be back !!!!! The draught beer was also reasonably priced at £4.40 and again was excellent Well done Team.
My girlfriend and I had an excellent dininc experience here. The food, setting and especially the staff were excellent. Food all arrived in good time, was hot and tasty. The serving staff were very considerate polite. Definitely be eating here again.Service: 5/5
My first visit , l loved it , l had a starter , main course and dessert all good. Not expensive , the restaurant was a little chilly , but then maybe l should have brought a cardigan. I would absolutely visit there again . I had a lovely afternoon . The staff were very pleasant.
Food was all very good but main course pasta portions are too big! Not really a negative but surely less food waste is better! No offer of parmesan or black pepper, while most tables nearby had this offer. Lots of clashing & dragging of chairs & tables when larger groups left but a definite improvement since we were last here, probably 5 years ago.
We as a family have been coming here for years, love the place it's so friendly and the food is always fantastic. We unfortunately had to arrange a after funeral get together for my daughter this week and this was the first place we thought of and right from the first phone call the staff were absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept in touch with us the whole time asking if there was anything they could do to help. The area they set aside for us on the day was lovely as was the amazing buffet the put on for us. We can't thank them enough
A brilliant 3 night stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly. The room was very clean & comfortable & the food was tasty & plentiful. The Management & team were helpful & really friendly, even with our dogs, Max & Sidney. Thank you so much to the Michelangelos Team. We will return.Rooms: 5/5
A warm welcome when we arrived. Attentive and friendly staff. The food was so good, tasty and best of all hot. The one star dropped on atmosphere was because the music was a bit too loud to here what people were saying, but it's a great place to visit. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Paolo and Giacomo and there staff Are lovely people and always make us welcome. We eat here very often and has a great feel in both restaurants. I can honestly say we have not had a bad meal since we have been visiting. Well recommend Steven and janeRooms: 5/5
