Such a lovely service from Andrea and Christine, they couldn't have been more helpful! I felt so relaxed and at ease with both ladies and the shop is full of so many beautiful dresses. They attended to my every need and gave me such a wonderful wedding shop experience! It is what every future bride should have, thank you so much :)

Thank you for such a lovely experience finding my wedding dress! It was the first place I went to and I fell in love straight away! The girls were very help Full. The boutique had so many different styles and beautiful dresses!!!! Very pleased .. Thank You Sophie xxx

I don't like leaving bad reviews for any business but I was so appalled and hurt by the treatment I received yesterday in this shop that I don't want anybody else to go through the same thing. When it is your wedding day you want to look your best, the two girls in the shop were lovely to begin with but when it comes to aftercare when the dress has been paid for and arrived the service I received was extremely hurtful and I am so unhappy with a dress that I absolutely loved because the alterations are so terrible I don't know what to do.
When I went for my fitting padding was added to the bust which made me look like I had had implants, instead of taking it the lady had just padded it out. The sides were cutting me they were so painful. At the fitting the tailor  wasn't there to begin with, she came in when i wasn't happy and when she did she was rude and dismissive "your dress is fine, I do this all the time, you're not the only bride I've tailored for" nor she or the owners accepted any accountability. 
It was like the tailor just couldn't be bothered to deal with me after she had charged me in cash, before alterations!! 
I was so upset and shocked I didn't know what to do. They made me feel like I was complaining for no reason, they gave me a piece of paper to sign, when I said I wasn't happy with the alterations they just looked at me and one said "I don't know what to suggest?!" 
They then asked me if they could take a photo of me with my dress!!! 
I now have a dress that doesn't look right, and am extremely unhappy, this is so unfair people should not be able to get away with this.

From the first visit, the final fitting to the return of my wedding dress hoop both Christina and Andrea consistently met a 5* service. The shop is always busy, which is just a huge credit to them and the quality of their boutique. Endless compliments were dished out on my wedding dress and I can't thank The Boutique enough for helping me feel fabulous on my big day. I would highly recommend to anyone based on my experience and what I witnessed of others.
