Literally the worst shop I’ve ever been in! I phoned the shop to check if a coat I wanted was In stock, the girl said it was, i then explained I was driving 40 minutes to get it and she said it would definitely be there. When I arrived she said she’d just sold it! She was so rude. I was very angry and asked to speak to her manager which she declined and told me she was going to loose her temper with me if I didn’t get out the shop. She had no customer skills what so ever. I would advise people to stay away from this vile shop! Please don’t waist your Money here!

I wish I was able to rate this shop at less than one star; however google dont allow it.  Ordered a coat for my Daughter from this place, after wearing it once a large rip appeared in the back of the waffer thin material, which appeared to be caused by the sharp edges on the metal belt buckle.  Took back to the shop; however completely unwilling to entertain a replacement, and just generally unhelpful.  Please stay well away.

I ordered the Croatia two piece and it turned up with the most horrendous fabric. It was fraying on all of the stitching and the stitching was overlapping. I talked to the girl about it who said they will refund me and for the return postage. I then only got refunded for the two piece and not the return postage. I have never had such horrible and poor quality clothing. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
