Store is fine, good range, kept tidy and clean. Useful other services- cash machine, click and collect.nnCar park costs £1. Sign says is refundable off shopping, however you pay- cash or using the MiPermit app. Staff in store say only refundable if you have a paper ticket from using the machine. Annoying extra cost at a time when grocery shopping at Sainsbury’s rather than cheaper options already feels painful.
Today, I found an item 10 days out of date, showed a member of staff who placed it back where it came from. Most weeks I find a fresh food item out of date. The store hardly as anything on the selves, but always food carts everywhere waiting to be unloaded, the queues at the self checkout are always horrendous, and they will never open a manned till, because they are always short staffed. Before when they had loads of staff working, none of the above was a problem. Solution employ more staff and do away with the self checkout.
New store women manager is rude and ignorant.. totally blocked the access for the product I wanted then gave me a dirty look because I tried to get passed. Bring back the old store manager she was lovely
Very nice smaller store with lots of products, when we visited some garden plants could be bought, however some were not very good examples
You have to pay a £1 for the use of their car park. Don't get it back they take it off your shopping if u spend over a fiver.
