We had a lovely stay at The Bothy. The cottage was faultless, the best we have ever stayed in over forty years! There was a lovely welcome pack including a lovely jar of Stephanie's Marmalade I'm sure both the Queen and Paddington would have given the Thumbs up!! So good meeting John really friendly and helpful with information. If you are looking for accommodation you'll not find better!!! Looking forward to returning :
We had to stay here after a plumbing emergency at our home. I was so pleased to have found this place, and that really helped with our stress levels. We didn't want to go home! It was spotlessly clean, very spacious, beautiful and quiet location, walking distance from shops and takeaways, and the shower was incredible! The hosts were really friendly and provided a very useful welcome pack, with yummy homemade marmalade. Highly recommend
We stayed here a few years ago and what a find it was! Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Lovely quiet area but close to all the town's amenities. We were hoping to see the deer on the lawn but it didnt happen, unfortunately. We did rebook to spend Christmas here the following year but due to family circumstances we had to cancel. We will definately be returning soon.
It's very spacious for a one bed very quiet and private very close to shops and the new forest is just over the road very nice owners it's just a lovely place to unwind in try it
