The reception staff are very kind. & caring . But it’s so hard to get a face to face appointment with a doctor. to address my concerns. I understand that there very busy.nRestored my good will today in Border Practice today through all the staff are all very caring so appreciated the phone call appointment from Dr Bajwa. Was so knowledgeable and helpful, thank you .
Absolutely useless GP. No matter when you call even at sharp 8 am and we called for our baby high fever for last 5 days, still one answer- Sorryee all our appointments are over. This is disgusting and so frustrating. Even the receptionist are have mugged up answers to any call. Very unsympathetic . Few instances where get to hear doctor will call for triage, but no call back. So unprofessional.
The way to get an appointment is to telephone in the afternoon. They answer the phones at that time the most. I think they have coffee mornings alot. Then book the earliest appointment available. Then, in three or four weeks time, if you are still alive. The doctor might call you.
Such a difficult task to get an appointment here and when you do 1 whole hour after my appointment time I am still in the waiting room patiently waiting for my FIVE minutes appointment. The appointment system needs to be reviewed and improved. It’s one hurdle after the other. First when calling, it’s user busy and when it finally connects you’d have to wait for someone to answer only to be told no appointment available most times. When you are lucky to get a 5 minutes appointment it’s going to cost you about an hour of your time. Very far from ideal! 2 stars for availability of parking space.
Due to ongoing issues, have decided to go privately, unfortunately I need a referral from the GP before I can see the specialist. Did the e-consult to request, and was told to book a routine appointment. Phoned reception to be told have to wait 2 weeks for a phone call appointment and 3 weeks for face to face.nHaving to wait 2 weeks just for a 5 minute phone call for a referral for an appointment I am paying for is laughable. You'd think they'd be pleased that I'm willing to go elsewhere and not use them.
