I hate giving negative reviews to health workers, as I know they often do their best. However, the health visiting team here have made numerous 'human errors' and have refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes. Our child's blood test was rejected for ridiculous reasons like, 'oh, someone forgot to write the date on the form', and bad handwriting. They made us take the test four times on four different occasions, and all four times were rejected without reasonable explanation. They push us around and make us speak to other departments, who also deny responsibility and refer us back to the health visiting team. It's complete shambles and a very hostile environment here.
Didnt speak to the receptionist as everything was well sign posted.nVery efficient and clean! - Popped in for a blood test - was in and out in 5 minutes! Nurse was friendly and pleasant - paid 60p for parking- went to get the saba app - however didnt need to as there is a machine in the entrance that takes cash and card
I was disgusted with the very rude receptionists in the main reception and outpatient dept, particularly radiology. They have no manners, disrespect and talk down on people. They either under paid or in need of proper training on how to treat patients and communicate respectfully.
Not for the first time I have received wonderful treatment and care at the Aldershot Centre for Health: an unbelievably rapid response to my problems and a full report within a few days. Many thanks to Nurse Pendleton and her colleagues who belie many of the criticisms leveled at the NHS.
Appt at 10.30 . Seen promptly. Sent for xray sat waiting for an hr then had to go back to clinic and the DR will fit me in between patients . Absolutely ridiculous waiting time. Supposed to be back at work at 12 which is gonna be more like 1.30 by the time I get back
