Asian clothes are hard work. The staff really did help with navigating all the options and while offering a wide selection, were still cheaper than most other places.  However, the cut and quality of things I bought was disappointing. While the staff justify these design features, I did expect more from a well established shop.

Extremely inconsiderate advertising. Parked a large van blasting out an advert on repeat at loud volume next to my parked car with a sleeping baby in it. Woke my baby. Awful practice.

Visited to buy son a kurta and waistcoat for wedding, nice choice and staff friendly. V disappointed to come home and find the items £18 cheaper online from them!!

I found a fantastic collection of Indian ethnic clothes over there. Any kind of Indian ethnic dress you are looking for, please have a look here. Most of the pieces are very costly, though. At least you will find typical things when far away from home.

I have shopped at Bombay Stores many times over the years and had a great experience with Ijaz. This year, in particular, Ijaz once again was fantastic. He delivered exceptional customer care while I was visiting the UK from abroad. We ordered a sari and it was delivered on time. Irina was also very helpful while in store. I purchased several mehndi items and some items were not in stock when I was in store. Both Ijaz and Irina said to reach out after a couple of weeks when the new stock delivery was a scheduled to arrive. Both Ijaz and Irina were so fast to respond to my messages asking if the items were in stock. I then scheduled a video call with Irina to choose the products and on the same day the items were posted and shipped to me. I also decided to look at some jewellery and Irina took time to show me options and we were able to select a set which she packed instantly and got ready to post to me. She took time to find something  suitable to me on video call and gave me genuine advice and options when I sent her photos of the  outfit I was looking for a jewellery set for. The service is outstanding and it is the reason I continue to return to the store. Ijaz is an absolute credit to the company and truly ensures the best customer experience is delivered each and every time. Thank you to both Ijaz and Irina for such wonderful service. Highly highly recommend whichever corner of the world you’re in! I had just finished a nightshift and called at a time which worked for me and they were available instantly to take my call and help out. Thank you.

Fantastic choice of materials and trimmings, buttons and bangles. Great prices, luckily for me there was 25% off. I will definitely be back.

An absolute must for the avid sewer, all kinds of fabrics and a fantastic array of braids, ribbon and trimmings.

Nightmare to park; went with my wife and I found out there isn't a single item I fancied buying in the entire store. Not one thing of interest
