Plenty of variety, more than Asda. Usually busy, if your in a wheelchair or mobility scooter then customers tend not to see you and walk into you, if you politely ask someone to move more often than not they don't. Other than this a good easy service.
Good well-stocked store with, friendly staff. Some of the shelves look a bit untidy things just thrown on no order. I Like the fish munger set up plenty of good meat on offer in the fridge section. Easy check out.
Really long queue at Morrisons, no cashiers working at the tills. Only one self service ''trolley shop'' was open. Staff really really SLOW! At least 20 mins wait. Don't come here late evening.
Paul fishmonger was so helpful when I tried to buy fresh fish as wasn't very used to buying fish. Also, he introduced the more card to me that gave me 20% discount with the whole lot of fish I bought! Great service Paul, thank you so much! Keep up your great work, people will appreciate Morrisons more bcz of staff like you!
Going down hill fast - poor stock levels. No staff to assist on deli or long wait. Middle aisle goods are not good or part of this brand. Spending money on technology that’s intrusive rather than staff. Get a CEO that knows how to run a supermarket!
The supermarket that doesn't TRUST its own customers. You have to ask for a bag because the company does not trust its customers to get and pay for it themselves. Very childish to be treated as a potential thief. Then they hardly have any staff around self checkouts, you are always stood around waiting for a bag or the flashing checkout to be cancelled. Target the criminals and don't treat spending customers as the criminals. Go Aldi or Asda where customers feel respected.
My visit to Morrison's was overall quite pleasant. They had all the products I needed, which was a big plus. However, I'm giving it four stars because the self-checkout process left a bit to be desired. Waiting for store assistants to approve transactions took longer than expected, which was a minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, the well-stocked shelves and helpful staff made it a good shopping trip.
Went to do my weekly shopping as I'm 1 of the unfortunate one's who still has to work but came out with 3 items as everything I picked up in the ready meals range were running out of date it's like they don't cater for the week between Xmas and New year so NOT a good experience at all sorry to say. Update review no nothing has changed still like before ready meal range still on the end of dates and like walking into a jumble sale and that was at 7.45am SO no excuses for that really
Good place to shop. Shop is clean and you find everything so easy. You can always get help if you need. There is good prices.
Morrison has very bad staff. There's a lady who was very rude to me . She was shouting while doing her job. She had no idea to treat a customer. Before recruiting staff, Morrison must check communication skills of candidate.
