I called in for a new make up remover and I was greeted by Elkie and Rachel. There was nothing they couldn’t do for me, they were both so kind and helpful and I was really impressed by their knowledge of the products! They listened to my concerns I had about my skin and previous removers I had used that hadn’t agreed with me and they pointed me towards the camomile make up remover which I have found to work wonders for my skin! Thanks girls, I’ll defo be back :

Small store but seems have wide range. Friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible entrance with slope up inside. Wide aisles and not much clutter so easy get around in wheelchair.
Staff are always busy talking to each other and are no help whatsoever I’ve been to the body shop in Leeds which has better customer service the Asian South Asian/coloured woman with no help at all I made that she knew it all and accuse me of having red damage skin when that’s my skin colour left the shop with nothing planned to splurge there
The assistant very helpful &helped me choose an appropriate product that I wanted.
