Apparently going for a very casual look nowadays. Wednesday 30th August the key holder opening the store, Sofia, was wearing a white top over her uniform, must be ashamed of working there. In addition she and her supporting staff member were simply stood at the tills talking the entire time I was in the store when there was clearly a lot of work to be done. That brings me to my main point. If you want to buy anything you will have absolutely no idea about the price because apparently no-one checks them. I haven't seen this many missing prices at any store ever and I didn't even look at half of the aisles. See pictures.

Decent store in Halifax for picking up bare necessities on the go! Have to mention the service desk staff are really polite and always helpful, especially Caitlin who was very professional, welcoming and helpful, helped me out with a few queries about products I had and her advice went a long way!! Thank you Caitlin!
Went in here to get some hair dye and the staff that was helping was so friendly and helpful. The place has a great selection of different things and I just love it. I will be coming back because they are just so welcoming
I've shopped with superdrug for many years and visit this store regularly after today I will not be visiting again and if I could give 0 stars I would. I was served by a pleasant young lady and whilst I was completely my transaction an older lady who I assume was a manager or supervisor and another young girl came and stood by her sorting change etc. I was handed my receipt and the sales advisor said thankyou. I waited a short while for my change whilst all 3 staff chatted. They didn't acknowledge me so I politely said I'm still waiting for my change. I was given it no apology or anything. I said thanks and turned to go. My partner witnessed the said manager/supervisor muttering and shaking her head. Poor way to behave when she distracted the sales advisor in the first place. Very rude in my opinion when I had been nothing but polite. This lady had a bad attitude and not somebody that should be dealing with customers.
I ordered lots of items online but failed to do click and collect and needed the items urgently. Sofia advised I can buy the items in store again and when my order arrives to store, just get a refund. Sofia took my list of items and picked them all for me quickly in the shop and saved me stress and time. Very professional and friendly staff member who knew the shop inside and out.
Helpful staff they have a great selection for a small to medium store
Outstanding survives and Rachel was really nice and welcoming and helped me with what I needed, will be definitely be coming back
Lovely shop. Friendly service Went today 1st December. Had my lashes done!!! Amazing lady. Shop felt safe and clean without loosing its friendly welcoming approach. See you soon for my infills.
Lovely store ...well stocked. Lady who served me was a tad miserable ..but then it was 27 degrees outside so working in doors in that heat was perhaps a contributing factor.
