Story

The Body Junction is a center for improving how your body feels and functions. The center offers Pilates classes which consists of very gentle exercises with the primary focus on awareness of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility.

I love it at The Body Junction. I have been going to Pilates for a few years now with Teachers Charlotte and Rebecca, they are informative and helpful, their classes are fun. I also go to the Yoga class run by Rose, it's very enjoyable and a great way to unwind after a busy week. I have had sessions of Physiotherapy with Tracey Butcher and can't recommend her highly enough, she has stopped my migraines and given lots of advice to prevent them reoccurring!! I have enjoyed reflexology with Gemma and Table Thai Massage with Sally.... I look forward to working my way through the rest of the list of therapy treatment available. Have I told you that I love this place?!
