We visited for our 15th wedding anniversary after hearing amazing things! Well I can truly confirm the food is incredible. Lovely big portions and extremely tasty. We will be back for sure.

First time visiting The Blue Lion. Family of four adults enjoying the Sunday Roast choices. Gorgeous food, expertly cooked and great service from the waiting staff. Will definitely visit again.
Amazing food for a roast on a Sunday, excellent portion sizes and best of all the sausage meat stuffing balls. Great value for money. Friendly hosts and fantastic location. Only wish there was better choice of cider or a drinks menu.
Been here 3 times since the new Landlord took it over. Food and service has been excellent each time. Prices reasonable too if compared to other pubs in the area.Food: 5/5
Very nice evening the food was excellent enjoyable evening but not a friendly place it doesn't feel like you are welcome Parking: There's is there is plenty of parking spaces in the car park area. Wheelchair accessibility: As you get to the blue lion, there's parking right in front of the area for disabled enough space for two cars for disabled.

Nice lunch outside with friendly and prompt service. I enjoyed my seafood pasta dish and the seafood salad was given a great report! Highly recommended!
Went for dinner with the in laws and the food was amazing! Great addition with the pizza oven, amazing flavour. Highly recommend and very reasonably priced. Will be visiting again! New management kicking off with a 5* from us. Thank you
It was a nice sunny day and we went after a Christening. The drinks and surroundings are very pleasant and what most wish from an English pub. The Sunday roast looked a good full plate and scrumptious, and I wish we had time to sit and eat one; perhaps next time. Try it and you say what you think, but it came across as one that welcomed their customers and served us promptly.
