This may very well be the best pint of asahi I have ever had . The glass in which it was served was chilled . the taste was perfect . It wasn’t flat . overall 10/10 if you’re coming here for a pint of Asahi . This pub has so far set the benchmark for a decent pint of Asahi in London for me . Well done folks . The overall vibe of the pub was nice on a Friday early afternoon . First 5 star review I’ve given for a pint of Asahi since I’ve started this process .
Really good fun. We arrived late evening on a Thursday for a drink and to chat and quickly realised that everyone in there was having a great time singing and dancing to the music. The Blue Moon I had was correctly served with an orange slice and the prices went insane. Will hopefully go back.
Love "my local" The staff are *really* lovely and welcoming and you are guaranteed quick service, even on a very busy match day. They make the place. Had my leaving do there and went above and beyond to make it a lovely evening. Always a great atmosphere too. A few reviewers have mentioned prices? Unless you live under a rock, or don't live/socialise in London, they are standard fare for the area. Nothing outrageous about them.
terrible service one of the bartenders could’ve been manager treated me terribly, i thought i was going crazy until my friends said they had received the same level of service from the same person. such a shame, definitely on my list of one of the worst pubs in the area
Only location, everything else not acceptable. Bartender young manvery very rude. Price’s tooo high . Management, security so poor. Every night people fight outside which make the location dangerous at night. On some nights they served customers with cash only. I was local but NEVER COME BACK
Great spot. Cold beer and fun times. Great little DJ booth and dance floor. Will go back next time I’m in the area
Brilliant pub, friendly staff and close to The Emirates for a decent match day pint, nice bohemian touches and an all round good vibe.
Visited on a Friday night, what good fun to be had, nice crowd all looking for a good time with music, a dance floor and of course a good selection of drinks. The Inside staff are really nice, helpful and quick to serve. The door guards are respectful and not heavy handed. I would definitely recommend this place to visit if you're looking to have a fun night out with your friends and fancy getting down on the dance floor. Well done to the owners and staff! Can't wait to visit again!
Best place to have a pint on football days, good service and a fair amount of staff on duty to serve the punters, can be very busy at times however…
Place was empty when I entered, no customers or staff in sight. Barman eventually appeared but was not friendly at all. His pet cat was sleeping on the bar - unhygienic. Place was empty at 5pm on a Thursday whereas the bar across the road had quite a few people inside and out. I think this is because of the unfriendly barman. 2 pints of Heineken was £9. I will not return.
