The communication throughout was fantastic & The Bizzy Box took the time to get my approval of images, font & layout wanting to ensure the end result was as I envisioned it. Once dispatched, it was easy to track delivery progress & I couldn’t recommend them & their products any higher

Received our sign for our static caravan.... we were happy with it but as soon as we put it on the caravan we were extremely impressed... it has changed the whole look of the caravan... thank you so much for doing this exactly as the sticker was... can't recommend The Bizzy Box enough.

Lies, says your order has been dispatched and when it’s not received says they will resend, still no tracking provided. When I raised a dispute with clearpay as I hadn’t received the goods the seller never responded to clearpay after 2 weeks so clearpay refunded me and then the seller told me they were able to redirect the order back to themselves as I had raised the dispute they had ignored. Find it hard to believe no tracking but you can have it redirected back to yourself. Avoid this business!

My dad died earlier this year and we wanted to to offer a special remembrance this Christmas. These slate plaques are stunningly beautiful and shows my dad exactly what we feel. After this high quality I thought I would also order these Christmas Tree Decorations. I didn't think they could do any better. But even with a complicated name they are amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You have helped us this year.

Ordered memorial slate for my parents for Christmas on 17th Nov. Arrived with typo, replacement still not received, no refund and emails being ignored. Not happy not good service at all.

Ordered a slate plaque for my dad's grave after 3 months some of the wording became unclear   so I contacted owner he said send pics and he said he would refund and replace after several photos he denied there was any damage and I was treated like a liar I'm so upset and angry as I had not lost my dad and they took my  money for a product that was obviously  faulty all I got back was him arguing with me  saying I was wrong so wouldn't advise buying from him take your money to someone that deserves it this company  gives others a bad name all I was told this never happens what a joke

Excellent service great communication, highly recommend this company had lots of items and always great Did have small problem with delivery but that was down to the courier used not Bizzy box soon sorted and item resent, goes above and beyond to help with anything.
