Great dealership! The staff have always been very helpful. We’ve bought two first direct used cars now and have been delighted both times. The customer service is friendly and not pushy with both Andy and Stuart. The vehicles have been handed over immaculately. Very pleased and will return in a few years ;
The staff and Managing Director were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When I asked about the new Ford Focus 2022, I was pleasantly surprised Lawtons of Tadcaster had a new vehicle, to the specification I wanted, on site they could offer me. The team answered all questions and provided all relevant information I requested regarding the vehicle, cost and part exchange value. I was given space and time to view the vehicle and paperwork provided. All actions agreed on were completed promptly. Communication was clear, relevant and timely. The car was ready for collection as agreed and the handover was not rushed, with all aspects of the car, post purchase inspection at 1500 mile and paperwork being explained in detail. I could not have asked for a better experience. Subsequent to my purchase the dealer has written to me and Stuart has phoned me to see how we were getting on with the car.
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everyone was helpful from Stuart the salesman right up to Dean the MD. I love my Puma and I would definitely buy from Lawtons again even though they're 1.5hrs away from me. Their service was exceptional and the only reason I won't use them for service is that I work at a dealership on service myself and will sort it there.
I was happy with the service at Lawtons of Tadcaster because they are an honest and transparent company when it comes to vehicle prices. No high pressure sales tactics and the trade-in allowance was very generous. The sales staff are polite, helpful and have good knowledge of their cars for sale. A great local dealership that has everything.
Places like Lawtons of Tadcaster are hard to find. As I run my own business and look after my own clients in a way which pleases them I expect the same level of service elsewhere which is why I travel to Lawtons. Stuart in sales has gone the extra mile in answering all my questions. They are quite simply an excellent family business and it's a pleasure to do business with them.
I would recommend Lawtons of Tadcaster to friends and family because I've had the best experience when buying my car. The care and attention that goes into the veichle and the sale is outstanding. I was blown away by the service and the veichle is exceptional. Lawtons of tadcaster actually put pride and care into what they do compared to other experiences I've had at other main dealers. Booked an MOT in with Lawtons, very happy with the service. Expressed concerns that I needed it back by lunchtime for a hospital appointment and they delivered. Also got a clean car! Thank you! I lost my security key for my wheels & the service guy made sure I got home safe helped me get the space saver wheel off the car and my real wheel back on and the next day just a couple of minutes saw me driving away with a new set of security nuts & key for a very reasonable price. A fantastic service.
